I think that, as they are, #2 is slightly the best. However, see below:

#1 Too much foreground and top too tight.

#2 Like the idea of it, but I think I'd like to see it, also, with a
little less foreground as well as taken further to the left. Blank
field at right is distracting.

#3 Might be the best if made into a vertical. Include nice fence, the
near bales and crop off the out buildings. Would, of course, have to be
re-shot from the left.
