As far as I know I don't need license plate lights.
Yes, I remember the Bugatti. It's one case. I would prefer to have  
seat belts if I thought they would accomplish much. But three-point  
belts are out of the question, and lap belts are only a slight  
improvement over nothing. However, I am going to install one in the  
middle front, so I can put Grace's car seat up there. I drive the  
Chevy slowly and carefully , and while that doesn't ensure safety, I  
would guess we're more safe than we might be in a contemporary  
passenger car, just due to the driving style and the visibility of  
the car.
