Over the last few months, I've aquired all sorts of nifty Pentax gear. I've
been feeling the urge to bra--, um, share, so here you go:

 - AF540FGZ
Probably the best Pentax-compatible flash I've used. I love the
low-light focus-assist feature! I only wish it had a strobe-flash mode. I
love that it has different modes for each of Pentax's camera lines: 35mm,
645, 67, and Digital. Now if only they made it compatible with my old
Auto110... ;)

 - D FA 100mm 2.8 Macro
Soooooo sharp! I like the "clamp" feature, but I wish it had a focus
limiter switch. I love the clutch-focus feature of D FA and DA lenses.

 - FA 50mm 1.4
Got this one last week from KEH. It was listed as "Bargain." Only
problem I found was a crack on the clear plastic over the focus distance
window. The lens was perfect otherwise.

 - DA 18-55mm
Won this on eBay for $89 last week, for use at my brother's wedding this
month. Should arrive this week, and I'm looking forward to trying it out.
I've heard nothing but good things about it.

 - A 50mm 1.2
Won this on eBay a few weeks back. It's in insanely good condition for
the price I paid. Now I'm trying to sell my K 50mm 1.2, which is on eBay as
I type this, now with a lower price.

 - Spotmatic F with M42 smc 135mm f2.5, 200mm f4, 50mm f1.8, some
fungus-ridden Tamron Adaptall tele-zoom, and a Penax close-up filter in a
nifty leather case.
Some guy's grandmother died and he was trying to find good homes for
some of her stuff. The store I work at wasn't interested in this old
screw-mount stuff, so I offered $40 for the lot. The 50mm fell apart when I
tried to take its filter off, and the Adaptall was in such bad shape that
I've been slowly dismantling it just for fun.. The 135 2.5 is in amazing
condition, the Spotmatic F is super-clean, and the 200mm is in good shape.
Quite a steal!

 - Pentax Cable Release II, still in its original packaging
A coworker of mine found this in the store's attic and gave it to me.
It is now the centerpiece of my collection! (please note sarcasm)

 - Sometime this week, my 6x7 should come back from repair (where it's been
since February. Apparently parts are hard to come by for the problem my
camera had). I'm really excited to have a reason to shoot film again!

Yay for stuff!
