        Yeah... pretty much.  We got it as a "project plane."  No avionics 
and half the flight instruments were broken.  I sniffed out good deals on 
avionics and installed a full digital King IFR stack... then earned my 
instrument rating in it.  Dual nav/com, ILS/GS, MB, VFR GPS, DME, RNAV... 
didn't want to bother installing an ADF.
