Not that I've found, unfortunately.

I've tried several compacts, the most recent of which was the  
Panasonic LX1. The LX1 made excellent photos but I found it just too  
insensitive and too awkward in my hands to be satisfying, so I sold it.

For reasons similar to yours, I've decided to try again. This time  
I'm trying the Fuji F30, from which I've seen very good quality  
results at ISO 400-800. It's fast and responsive, and just about the  
same size as the Minox 35GT-E was. It only stores JPEGs but if its  
sensitivity and responsiveness meets my needs I can live with that.  
It is available for about $340 plus the cost of (ugh!) xD storage  
card ... I ordered it with just one 1G card, that's about 250 max  
resolution/quality photos and should prove enough for my purposes.
