I sent around a link to the first set of these antique police badges
a couple of weeks ago and mentioned that I had another set coming in
to photograph. They arrived last week in the middle of my
preparations for the show, but the client needed to get them done
quickly ... When it rains it pours.

Anyway, I'm still in "too much work to do" mode, my PAW is way behind
schedule, but the "Traveler In London" exhibit was installed
yesterday and looks good. In a few capricious moments this morning I
built a web page for the second set...

(The first set, in case you missed it, is at http://homepage.mac.com/
godders/police-badge-01/ .)

I'd mentioned my crude lighting setup for the first set and someone
came back with a recommendation for the EZ Cube light stage. I looked
them up and thought it looked pretty darn nice so I bought a 20" one,
which these photos were made with. Certainly improved the lighting by
quite a bit! Some of this set were quite difficult to shoot so this
set took nearly double the time to finish nonetheless.

They're beautiful things with fantastic engraving work.

All were photographed with the Pentax *ist DS and Pentax-A 50mm f/2.8
Macro lens.

enjoy!
Godfrey
