Bette's is an old fashioned diner located in West Berkeley. It's mostly a breakfast joint - open at 6:00am, closes around 2:30. The place is famous for its buttermilk pancakes and for its wonderful potato pancakes. By 6:30am the place is filled and on weekends the line is out the door. Just a little slice o' life here in the East Bay ....
