I have the Zenitar-K 16mm f/2.8 Fish-Eye. It's quite a good lens for
the money: robustly built and very sharp. It is, however, a) a fish
eye lens with severe curvilinear distortion ...

This is a greater or lesser issue depending upon what you want to do
with it. I consider the Zeni more of a good novelty lens because of
it ... I don't want to depend upon post-processing to obtain proper
rectilinear correction for every frame.

... and b) a K-mount lens ...

Which means that the Pentax DSLR bodies are capable of using it but
only in a somewhat restricted manner (Manual exposure mode, semi-
automatic aperture-priority manual metering only).

With that as caveat, the lens is really quite good for the
ridiculously low price (around $140 is the most I've seen it go for).
