        Absolutely.  Rather than let the new *real* features of newer 
lenses (Program (A), Auto-focus (F, FA), cheaper APS-C design (DA)) speak 
for themselves.... The removal of aperture simulator was an aggressive 
move to force obsolescence of pre-A lenses.

        That said, 90% of my lenses are pre-A, and all but one are MF.
