I blame no one but myself for my equipment acquisitions. ON the other
hand, I've never "blamed" myself. I use equipment as need and whim
move me, and as money is available to do so. I've owned and used a
lot of different equipment over the years, Pentax was simply the most
recent system camera acquisition.

Since 1967 or so... "system" cameras only ...

Nikon SLR (8 or 9, 12-20 lenses, starting with the F Photomic FTn)
Leica RF (IIIf, IIc, IIf, M3, M4-P (x2), M6 TTL, CL plus about a
dozen lenses in all)
Contax SLR (139ma, four lenses)
Olympus SLR (OM system, two bodies three lenses)
Minolta SLR (XD 11 and eight lenses)
Olympus Pen (F, several lenses)
Hasselblad (903SWC, 500C/M + 3 lenses)
Mamiya C330 Pro + 2 lenses
Rolleiflex TLR (3x)
Speed Graphic 4x5
Linhof Technica 23
Canon (EOS IX, 10D + 6 lenses)
Pentax (*ist DS (x2) plus 8 lenses)

The Nikons and Leicas were with me through all the others up to the
point where I bought the Canons in 2001.
