Well, I don't know if somebody already pointed out this, but
it's difficult for me to understand where the focus is...
It seems to me that the lens was focused on the fence. If so,
the flowers suffer from this. Probably I would have focused on
the flowers and chosen a slower aperture.
Maybe moving to the left could have meant a better composition
(cropping the dark building on the left, in example), but it's
something very subjective. The car is really annoying. I would
have avoided to shot if it had happened to me (or, at least, I
would have changed point of view).
