I'm not sure about that, but they do both reach the ground. Usually at
the same time.

Most of the pictures were shot at 45mm focal length (90mm equivalent)
so I would expect no distortion of verticals. I did have to straighten
one of them - the man and woman sitting in the window recess. The lens
(Olympus 14-45mm) is quite good for a kit lens, although far too slow
for my taste. It also has a lot of barrel distortion when wide open.

The softness which Kostas mentioned is a result of not using USM. The
black & white conversion was done by clicking a check box in Lightroom
Beta 3 for Windows. The architecture was done by Sir Chrisopher Wren.
