I think that is the price, cost would be in the neighborhood of 4x. Price could come down a lot if the productions levels were in the same order of the APS sized sensors. Would you pay a $500 premium for a 24x36mm sensor? That would be a reasonable figure if the cameras were produced in the same quantities.
