Jens, not in the US of A - except at certain specified nude beaches. You can't go topless here in public places if you are a woman..... there are places where it could land you in jail.
It is better to not put PUG up for possible censorship here by doing it ourselves. The picture is a bit, well, suggestive to say the least.. and not to my taste at all. Because of its voyeuristic nature it makes me squirm a bit and that is enhanced by the title. But it isn't the, um, pardon the pun, bare fact of partial nudity that is the problem with it.
