It's not technically an EXIF field.  But the Pentax MakerNote tag
is itself formatted like a TIFF IFD, using private tag identifiers.
Tag 41 identifies the total exposure count (a 32-bit integer).

"Interoperability Offset" is the offset to the EXIF-defined
interoperability tag set.  I'm not 100% certain what "interoperability"
means, but I believe it's a way of associating a set of regular-format
EXIF tags with a file which might otherwise not be in EXIF format.
