It may be now, but a month ago, or two months ago, when info and
speculation was starting to circulate, it may not have been.  Anyway, the
release date of the camera is still more than a month away.  Certain specs
can still be changed easily enough, or a firmware upgrade can be started
upon.  The press release, officially due out in a week or so, states that
design and specs are subject to change without notice, and also notes that
the mid-October release date is "tentative."

I doubt that B&H has any cameras in their warehouse just now, but really,
neither you nor I know one way or the other for sure.
