Tamrac Superlight 5. This is an inexpensive (about $35), very light but very protective bag that holds a lot. It also has attachment loops that allow both Tamrac and Lowepro exterior pouches to be used with it. The tall, narrow form factor hangs beautifully on your shoulder. I replaced the strap on mine with a Domke strap from an F5XB Hip & Shoulder bag, which is more comfortable.
