I'm sorry, I promise I will, very soon :-)

Who knows? But before Pentax Nikon was using Nucore technologies in
their products (D200 and D80 AFAIK), but it wasn't the newest
technology that Pentax used in K10D, so maybe NuCore CEO is brother
of Pentax CEO? ;-)

Yes, there are subtle differencies. Just like sensor in D70 which has
very similar parameters to the one used in *istD and D100, yet it is
slightly different in total pixel count. My friend who has close
relationship with Nikon Poland told me it was made by Sanyo under
Sony license with some modifications required by Nikon... So maybe it
is Sony's sensor licensed to Samsung? After all Samsung has sold some
advanced LCD technology to Sony in agreement that they signed a few
years ago. In turn Samsung could took some technical basics of
building large sensor. But it's just my pure speculation ;-)

D200 has 5 fps, 4-channel readout sensor ICX483 as opposed to 2-
channel CX493 used in D80 and Alpha 100 and probably in K10D. See PDF
from the link that Rob posted.

Cheers,
