Yes ... and your point is what? That the production is going to be too low for demand? Do we know what the _actual_ demand will be, or is there an assumption that it will be great based on the good reception and interest shown on this list and a few other places on the web? Do we know that Pentax can't ramp up production if need be? Do we know that there are no cameras already produced waiting to be shipped to counter any initial rush? What do we _know_? Tell me what we _know_ that should make us worry and be concerned.
Look, if you guys want to express your concern about some future possibility (based on what is, IMO, unsupported evidence, rumor, speculation - call it what you will), knock yourselves out. I'm just more optimistic at this point as there's been _nothing_ to show a reason for concern, and, in any case, what will my concern or worrying or complaining here do to correct any problems? Maybe I'm blinded to "reality" by the brightness of the K10D, and in time I'll see things as some others do. But for now, I'm just going to go about my business, look forward to finding a way to obtain a copy of the camera, and make the best of it when I get one.
