"too early to say, 2 days ago I do try a preproduction k10d, and it's ISO can select from 50 - 3200, and noise is high even in 400. all image is kind of blow out. But I know they are hurry on working in the firmware, and select the best ISO range for the REAL production product" Sounds as if some of the prototypes in circulation have *very* preliminary firmware. Shoudn't be a surprise, of course... It confirms the report I heard elsewhere of a prototype that had ISO settings down to 50, but apparently that option isn't going to make it into the production version, if the product brochures we've seen are any indication. -- Mark Roberts Photography & Multimedia www.robertstech.com 412-687-2835 -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
