The back seals are pretty easy. It is just a case of noting how the old 
ones were positions then cleaning everything up spotless before putting 
in the new ones. All it takes is good eyes and a steady hand. Oh yeah, a 
decent pair of curved needle nose tweezers helps to. Micro Tools 
<http://www.micro-tools.com/> sells a package of pre-cut strips that 
worked nicely on my ME Super's back, the pack is about enough to do two 
cameras.
