I once left my camera bag behind on the the train. I ran to the security office and it was gone by the next stop. I was a student at the time and was very distressed. I put a lost and found ad in the paper with a $250 reward (my entire savings at the time). 4 days later I get a call and am told to meet this bloke at a certain spot at a certain time. I got it back with a few interesting picture on the roll of slide film. The drop of point was right next to a pub so the reward money was probably pissed away.
