Juan,

I haven't had my ist D CLAed, but have had it done to
a Super Program (some years ago) and a PZ-1 (about a
year and a half ago).  Call Pentax customer service
for instructions.  I had the cameras back about two
weeks after I mailed them.  For the PZ-1, the cost was
$120.  It needed a few parts, and IIRC there was no
extra charge for them (though I suspect they would
charge for something like a sensor or LCD!).
