On the other hand, the I recently did a shoot. With film I would have shot one 24x roll and expected to give the client 20 good proofs. With digital I shot 55x and got about 20 good proofs. When it costs next to nothing I am not so careful about when to push the button. BTW, if I was like many of the folks say they are here I would have shot 500x, but I expect I would still have gotten 20 good proofs.
The Graphic is a great way to learn to shoot just what you want, one 4x5 sheet for the money, and one just-in-case. Cost about $10 a pair, that makes me careful. -- graywolf http://www.graywolfphoto.com http://webpages.charter.net/graywolf "Idiot Proof" <==> "Expert Proof" ----------------------------------- Jens Bladt wrote: > I understand, Dag. > But since a went digital, I have taken 50-60 shots a day in average (two > years 42.000+ digital photographs + some 120 and 35mm film). > I dare not do the math as to what this would have cost me in film, > development etc. > I'd say in the neighbourhood of 10 times the price of the K10D body (more > than 10000 USD)- film and development EXCLUSIVELY - no prints !!!!!
