Or just send it back for a full refund.
Not too long ago I sold a Pentax 645 body on eBay. The buyer was in Germany. He insisted that I ship it by surface mail and not insure it, and said he would accept responsibility. OK, so I shipped it just as he asked. Once it got there, he sent me a note with some photos showing that it was badly damaged. It was in perfect condition when shipped. He said he wanted a partial refund. I was astonished, to say the least. Yesterday I got a PayPal payment for an auction that closed over a month ago. My auctions all say that payment must be received in seven days or I will relist the item. When payment didn't come, I relisted and sold the item, and was paid the same day. I expect I will have a hassle with this guy who waited a month to pay. Bob -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
