How is the Shipping/Handling/Insurance collected? I gather that the winning bid is increased by the stated S&H fee. IOW, if someone wins with a $100 bid and the associated shipping cost is $15, the buyer sends a payment of $115. How else can it work? I'm avoiding use of the word "assuming".
