Others have asked about the thing in the bottom of the frame - it is a
surfboarder holding the kite to propel him around. He was all over
around the bottom of the bridge while I was there. The ropes were
fairly long so he doesn't show up too much.

I played around some with the saturation/contrast and curves to get it
to this point. I may play around some more. The tricky part was that
when the fog was lightened too much, it didn't come across as well.
The lighting presented is about how I saw it.

The general relationship I was trying to capture was an obscured
bridge with a hint of sunlight out in the bay - trying to show the
changing conditions. I also found the bridge rather fascinating just
sticking up out of the fog.

The boat was planned - there were quite a few different boats going
through at different times. I ended up shooting 17 frames from
several vantage points. I can't say that this one clearly jumped out
as being the absolute best of the bunch. I'll probably go through
them several times to see if there are any other equal or better
images.

I appreciate all your comments.
