Sure you can zoom in on the face, but it takes several steps on the digital cameras I know of. This is a one button quick-zoom that picks out the face and zooms in on it. If you're not an event shooter, Shel, it might be useless to you, but I think event shooters will be excited by this. It saves time, and time is money in event shooting.
