Hi,

when comparing DA18-55 and FAJ 18-35, I would strongly suggest FAJ-lens. 
Last year I tested those "head-to-head" when I wrote *ist DS review - 
sorry, there's nothing too good in DA lens. More geometrical 
abberations, more chromatic problems etc. I will get DA 18-55 with 
forthcoming K10D ONLY if my Pentax-dealer gives it to me for free...
