Mike, I sympathize! My 77mm arrived 10 days ago from B&H after taking 11 days to arrive after the order. But I believe they had the item in stock. They are "taking orders" for the 43mm now and who knows how long delivery might take, if ever.
One situation perhaps similar to yours occurred again with B&H on an order for a KA-mount Voigtlander Ultron 40mm f/2. That one was a special order, and took about 6 weeks to from order to invoice date, then another 5 days to arrive. I get the impression that the Limited series has hit the limit, and it might be that no more are shipping from Asahi in Japan. Not sure, just feels that way from what I'm seeing online. McBain and Pentax Canada may be scouring around trying to find one... Best of luck!
