Shel, if you go to http://www.publicdomainregistry.com/whois/ and enter the domain name you will find it is published by a guy in Russia. He obviously sources material from this list as well as others - is that an OK thing to do? I'd be a little uncomfortable at being quoted without being asked - this is not a public forum, after all.
