Also: Rapid light changes combined with a rapidly moving subject. One of my nest boxes is in dappled shade. With the LX, I can make many more exposures with each fleeting visit than I can with the DSLR and they are mostly accurate. The light can easily change by the time I "take" with the DSLR.
