JCO I think very few people are arguing with you about whether you are right or wrong, they just don't think it's worth giving up on Pentax digital as a result. If I were you and I loved those old lenses so much, I would stock up on LXs and MZS's and get myself a good slide and negative scanner. Voila - full support cameras and digital to boot.
