Focal lengths tested were: 28mm (k), 50mm (M, M42), 35-80mm (F) and 70-210(A), which is essentially my full kit (Barring a few lenses I rarely use). With the 28 and 50's, SR on, the bottom for reliable shooting seems to be 1/15 wide open (f2 for the K mount lenses, f1.4 for the M42) although I can sometimes get as low as 1/8. I could reliably get the 35-80 down to 1/10-1/8 wide open, but never lower. The 70-210 is around 1/15 at the short end and 1/25 at the long end for minimum shutter, although I'm getting better results at 1/50 at 210mm (which is still pretty damned good). -Adam -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
