It's a nice scene, and the sign enhances the sense of place. However, technically the photo is rather poor - burnt out sky and highlights, overly deep shadows in some areas, detract from the scene. The photo needs more work ... perhaps some further adjustments on the original in your photo editing software might do the trick.
