I sometime use my old Vivitar, or even one of the Normans, as a flash 
bracket mounted slave with my digicam (They both have very high sync 
voltages --hence the slave thing). Seems to work fine except when the 
camera thinks it is smarter than I (usually when there is a bright 
window in the photo). However unlike a Pentax DSLR my digicam has no way 
of coveniently using it on full manual <SIGH>. My bracket should anyone 
care is a Stroboframe Press T.
