Congratulations then, you probably have more job security than most
folks. Nobody will want to get rid of you and take over that job
responsibility. Imagine the dialog at the management meeting to decide
who to fire: "Nah, we have to keep Jody. Otherwise people may start
blaming us for screw-ups."
