I D I O T - Canon IMPROVED their lensmount. Pentax hasn't. In fact Pentax has made their lensmount WORSE with the DSLRS Because its crippling functions that are still easily possible. Get it? End of post. jco

" Thats a direct quote of what you said earlier. Canon completely stopped supporting millions of lenses produced over 25 years. I use this as an example of poor product support, as a comparison to the relatively good support that Pentax continues to give with older equipment. It is totally correct, since FD and breechlock lenses would be as capable of taking fine pictures as K/M lenses if they could be mounted to a new body, and FD lenses are functionally the same as A series lenses which are still fully supported by Pentax. > FD/EOS not same situation and you know it I know, FD users got screwed, K/M users got mildly inconvenienced.
