Sorry if I missed the point. But even in this case, I think, there
will be "digital labs" in the future. Instead of drop your film to
be developed in K-Mart, or drop the negatives to make new copies,
you will drop your "CD" in the k-mart, go shopping and get the prints. 
I don't see any problem on that. Instead of negatives we will use CD's
or anything else. For the consumer, there will be no difference and
he also will have the possibility to have the copies made at home, if he
desires.
