Its stoped down AE lock and that's A far cry from Aperture prefferd AE, shutter preffered AE or Program AE because 1. Its stopped down only which loses metering Range, and 2. Not AE because it has to be done manually everytime The lighting or fstop changes. Two BIG differences. jco
