Firmware was said to be 0.2 Pentax explanation on the floor said they were not forcing the removal of the nosie, colour noise or colour moire. Instead, they are going by the extremely finer gradation to render very natural images. They further said that if anyone would be bothered by the colour moire etc, it can be easily removed by post processing. Folks did not see any appreciable noise in the sample prints.
