Get the body only first of all, dont get it with one of those kit 
lenses, if you can.

Second, that FA20-35/f4 is real nice, but it might not have the reach at 
the high end to be a general purpose.  The DA16-45/f4 is a better lens 
for covering a wide range, and you can always get the 55-200 for her 
later on.
