The TinyURL below didn't work properly, but I looked it up directly.  
They supply the MicroMate reader packaged with SDHC card products at  
present as well as separately, $20. I'm sure it does well, and  
handles both SD and SDHC.

Maxell has a 5-in-1 that is SDHC compatible.
Kingston is releasing a 15-in-1.
And Panasonic has the BN-SDCJP3 SDHC Card Reader which reads them too.

That's all I've found to date. If I get an SDHC card anytime soon,  
I'll likely get a Sandisk with the MicroMate reader. But I'll more  
likely wait for the ImageMate 12-in-1 to be updated. It's the best  
performing card reader I've found to date, and I'm not finding myself  
constrained by 2G capacity cards at present.
