Based on my experience, which is based on the work and tutoring of Katrin Eismann and others, that's a *lot* more than 10-15 minutes of work. Of course, you may be a lot better than I at making such a repair ....
I love tigers and all cats, big and small, but from a photographic standpoint I just don't think this shot's worth the effort to fix in the manner being discussed. Maybe cropping the paper out and looking for another POV in the photo is a better idea.
