They have some experimental, proprietary software, a few very stoned-out
geniuses on staff, and a deep understanding of how some B&W films render
color.  Beyond that I can say no more, in part because of ignorance and in
part because I've been told to keep my mouth shut.  The results are pretty
good, but not perfect.
