Given the lens and exposure time (1/20 sec) I might deduce that if it was raining it was really almost no wind... You really live in a wondrous country, Jostein ;-). I couldn't say that the picture is remarkable, such as the one you shown previously with the fog in it. But it shows how consistently good you are.
