When I was a kid I thought I would some day have to choose between a Ferrari and a Lamborghini. Now I must choose between a new kitchen or a new heating system. Right now I must choose between my bed, the PDML, ebay or perhaps a beer. I think my bed wins :-)

I know that the 75 is wider, but I'll still end up getting a 55 as soon as I can afford it. Should I just get the cheaper (and faster) lens to start with and have more money in my pocket for something else or should I bite the bullet and get the wider 75mm? Incidentally, I don't think the 75 is really wide enough for the kind of landscapes I have in mind anyway. Decisions.....
