My 67 75mm f4.5 lens has just arrived and it looks to be in great shape. I've mounted it on the camera and had my first play with focussing, etc. The meter works fine, but the viewfinder is very dark...far too dark and indistinct to make focussing possible. Sitting in my office under quite bright flouro lights, it is impossible with this prism and focussing screen combination to tell whether the image is in focus or not. The image is blurred at all times.
Aha!! I just thought of something. A previous owner had fitted a diopter adjustment lens in the finder. I've removed it and I can now focus!
