I have been developing files in RSP, and then sorted them afterwards.

For me it is logical to sort them before converting. This saves me the work
of converting files that don't have keepers potential. With RSP plus
Elements I haven’t been able to make a streamed workflow suiting my needs.

That's what makes the converter plus library perfect for my needs, (I hope).
This means all basic development and sorting done in one program.

But I can't help missing a good sharpening tool inside Lightroom. Sharpening
is not perfect in RSP, but it sharpening in Lightroom seems worse. Maybe it
will be better in final version. If not, I will have to do fine processing
in Elements.

That's exactly a feature I hate of Lightroom. Is there a way to get rid of
all that Library stuff and just open any file and develop it, without having

to deal with Library? Thanks,
