ok, since i am still a stranger to pentax lore and pdml humour, what exactly is the story around the lx wink?
i have read around, about the sticky mirror thingy, about the camera's 'pro' aspirations which didn't quite materialise...but i still can't figure out what the lx wink is... :) it'd help because there is one available for a reasonable price. i recently bought myself a superA and after a couple of days found out that the metering is always on (apparently the cut-off timer switch doesn't work) so the batteries (lr44) last just two to three days. when i took it back to the second-hand camera shop from where i bought it, he agreed to take it back and offered me an LX for an additional, reasonable amount. so, what exactly does the lx wink imply? thanks in advance, regards, subash -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
